However, colors may vary depending on the screen you are using. In addition, as these are handmade products, they may differ slightly from the photo. Please note that straps are not water-resistant and will wear with use.
Please be aware that the production period for a strap can take up to 12 days.

Shipping

Once your order is received, we will manufacture a unique strap for you as quickly as possible. Normally, the craftsman will take a few days to make it, although it may take up to 12 days if demand is high.

Afterward, we will ship it through one of the transport companies we work with (Correos, UPS, etc.) and you will receive the order at the address you provided during the purchase process.

We commit to sending the product in proper packaging to avoid damage during transport. However, if you notice that the package has suffered any kind of damage, it is important that you:

Take a photo of the packaging without opening it (as received, if you notice it is broken or any other anomaly).
Also photograph the shipping label and the delivery note of the transport company.
If you open it and the item is damaged, take a picture of it.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product (as long as it is not custom-made or personalized) under the following conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition (unused) and in its original packaging.
The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless we indicate otherwise when you contact us. You must send the product via certified mail to the address we will provide.
