 Shopping

 When you make a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 - You must be over 18 years of age to make the purchase.

- The prices of the products include taxes applicable in Spain, although if you make the purchase from another country you may have to pay tariffs or other expenses that we are not responsible for. Regarding shipping costs, if any, they will be indicated during the purchase process.

- Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order that we consider fraudulent, illegal or that for some reason we cannot deliver to you.

- We do not guarantee the availability of all products at all times. In the event that we cannot manufacture the product you have purchased, you will be informed and your money will be refunded.

- We try to show our products as well as possible in the photographs published on our website and provide a good description. However, the color may vary depending on the screen you view it on. In addition, as it is a handmade product, it may vary a little from the one in the photograph. But you can be sure that you will receive a high-quality and unique product.

- You must take into account that the straps are not waterproof and that they wear out with use.

- You should be aware that the manufacturing period for a strap can last 12 days.

Shipments

Upon receipt of your order, we will manufacture a unique strap for you in the shortest possible time. Normally, the artisan will take a few days to make it, although it can take up to 12 if there is a lot of demand.

 Then, we will send it with one of the transport companies we work with (Post Office, UPS...) and you will receive the order at the address you provided us during the purchase process.

We promise to send the product in a good packaging to prevent it from being damaged during its transport. However, if you see that the package has suffered some type of damage, it is important that you:

- Take a photograph of the unopened packaging (as you received it, if you notice that it is broken or some other anomaly).

- Also photograph the label on the box and the delivery note of the transport company.

- If you open it, and the piece is deteriorated, take a photo of it.

- Get in touch with us by email info@marjofrastraps.com.

Finally, mention that we may indicate an approximate delivery date at the end of your order, but this may vary due to different factors.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product (as long as it is not custom-made or personalized) under the following conditions:

- The product must be in perfect condition (unused) and in its original packaging.

- The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the buyer, unless we indicate otherwise when you contact us. You must send the product by certified mail to the address that we will provide you.

To request a return or exchange you must write us an email to info@marjofrastraps.com.

We will refund your purchase once we have received the product in the indicated conditions, within a period not exceeding 7 days.
