Shipments
Upon receipt of your order, we will manufacture a unique strap for you in the shortest possible time. Normally, the artisan will take a few days to make it, although it can take up to 12 if there is a lot of demand.
Then, we will send it with one of the transport companies we work with (Post Office, UPS...) and you will receive the order at the address you provided us during the purchase process.
We promise to send the product in a good packaging to prevent it from being damaged during its transport. However, if you see that the package has suffered some type of damage, it is important that you:
- Take a photograph of the unopened packaging (as you received it, if you notice that it is broken or some other anomaly).
- Also photograph the label on the box and the delivery note of the transport company.
- If you open it, and the piece is deteriorated, take a photo of it.
- Get in touch with us by email info@marjofrastraps.com.
Finally, mention that we may indicate an approximate delivery date at the end of your order, but this may vary due to different factors.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product (as long as it is not custom-made or personalized) under the following conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition (unused) and in its original packaging.
- The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the buyer, unless we indicate otherwise when you contact us. You must send the product by certified mail to the address that we will provide you.

We will refund your purchase once we have received the product in the indicated conditions, within a period not exceeding 7 days.
